Will NEVER happen, they are all too scared of the franchise agreement. That is exactly why these idiotic programs get shoved on us and service, they won't fight for the back end.

I agree with Richard, to a point. I live in an area where GM took a Cadillac franchise from a dealer, back in the big drama of '09-'10. Then begged them to take it back because they could not find anyone else willing to plunge into the franchise! Of course, they said "Not only no, but HELL NO!" due to the fact they had such a monetary outlay for the training, tools and signage for the brand; in order to sell 6 cars a year.
Phooey on the "Dealer Agreement"! That is what the action would be about. Dealers would have to be willing to get together, form a plan and execute it accordingly. Unless Gm sees a swift, drastic drop in dollars, they will not give a damn about any franchise owner, whatsoever.
