My plea is for help with finding out the name and customer service number for the LAND LINE telephone company in Anaheim, CA. Why? Because for the last 4 months, people have been calling to ask for apartment availability regarding a listing in the newspapers and online for Terrace View East apartments on Ball Rd. in Anaheim. Why, again? ALL of the phone numbers listed in the ads are correct, they just ring into our Chevy building in Arcanaum, OH. Our local phone company has been notified a few times, to no avail.

People are mystified when we explain that they are calling the correct number(s) however the lines are "crossed" and ringing into the wrong place.

714.795.2117 and 714.795.2145 are just a couple of the numbers we have collected. we usually can count on the calls to begin around 11am eastern, and continue through the evening. Any help would be greatly appreciated, so we can stop the madness, at least on this front!

WOW! That is crazier than some GM stuff. Probably a silly question, but have you tried calling the number to the apartments to see if you can get through to them? Maybe they could get in touch with the phone company on their end.

Initially, we tried each number, only to have the phone ring back into our building. Interestingly enough, on google earth, the actual building has a banner draped down the side, with one of these phone numbers on it too. Guess where it rings into.............you guessed it, us! On one rental website, we found another phone number on a sign out front of the building, which is no longer in service.....stellar.

Our building is 141 years old, I guess I could just take deposits for the rooms on the 3rd floor, like the old days. The DP has deemed that practice unethical .

That is the number that I saw on street view. Posted on the "NOW RENTING" sign in front of the apartments. 3427 West Ball Road.

Glad to be of some help. Hopefully you can get that straightened out. As if we didn't have enough on our plates with the way GM "helps" us out so much, having to deal with an issue such as that on top of it all would be enough to make me blow my top!
