purchase loyalty

Do any of you know if QPO orders from GM end up dropping Purchase Loyalty ? Ordered some extra oil filters for vacation season on a QPO and my purchase loyalty dropped below 80% and I think if this Criteria misses ,I may loose RIM terms. I thought when this mess was conjoured-up I remember that QPO filter orders were excluded .Now I cannot find that in the rules. What a way to run a railroad :x

They should not count against your purchase loyalty. I am told that they will automatically remove themselves from the list. Keep watching it because I know that is not true..
Just yesterday morning I was talking to Mary Ellen from RIM and she in turn was talking to the same day adjuster guy about a bunch of oil filter numbers that showed up on my GM spank list for purchase loyalty. I tried to explain that the part numbers on the list were never ordered, received, or sold. The numbers are for packaged filters and I always order the durapack numbers. One of the strikes against me was for 60- 19330000 PF63 filters. I order the 19330001 unboxed durapack filters and I have never just ordered 60 of them. My orders are at a minimum 120 and usually higher. This is just one of the numbers and there are ten more. I tried to find out how this happens but it must just be one of GM glitches. How do you trust any information you are graded on and they tell you to be true? Not me.
I had this happen to me back in Feb and after a bunch of emails the same day adjuster said..DENIED. I tried to explain that I never ordered these filters but he pretty much called me a liar. I even said I will send him screen shots of my ADP screens. It boiled down to it didn’t make a difference on my loyalty score for that month and I tried to explain that some day it might. I will not try to explain to you the reasons that I was told yesterday because I don’t understand them and after a while of trying to my hair started to hurt. They said the report should adjust itself. YA OK…………….I think I’ll just keep watching that report.

That right there is shameful. That's all I have to say about it.

This is exactly what happened here too. ordered 19330001 and 19168267 durapack numbers, but the report says I ordered 19330000 and 12605566 OEM which I did not.

SON OF A ......

I have the same thing on my report, as well as 19303975 instead of the 19303974. :x

*strange thing though, those aren't hurting my loyalty.

I just applied for an $4300 adjustment to same day adjuster for these filters that hit my list. I have talked to RIM and we can't figure out why the OEM number shows up when you order the duapack numbers. RIM says this really isn't there gig, and I believe Mary Ellen at RIM because she is a stand up person and has been very helpful in the past. It still doesn't help that no one knows why these filter numbers show up the way they do........or where GM gets the info to populate these reports.

I too, have been hit with this, My loyalty has dropped to under 80% due to an extra filter order, and that I've had to CSO several parts that are RIM controlled that are in high demand ('14~ full size PU condenser's, police car motor mounts, ect).

I despise RIM, it is causing me to not be a good parts manager. I can't stock what I need and be in compliance. This SUCKS!

This makes me breathe a little easier. I'm not resting easy until I see my number jump back up to where it should be, though.

IT STILL SEEMS LIKE IF YOU ORDER THE PART FROM GM ,NO MATTER HOW, IT STILL COMES FROM GM AND THAT IS WHAT I CALL LOYAL. IT DOES NOT COME FROM MCDONALDS.OR NAPA, OR FORD MOTOR CO, THEY WERE ORDERED DIRECT FROM GM. HOW LOYAL CAN YOU GET :?:
