The kits contain the current part numbers we ALREADY have on our shelves but at a substantially reduced price.

An initial supply of part number 19355534 (Air Bag Asm, I/P Kit) will be pre-shipped to involved dealers of record. This pre-shipment will begin and conclude the week of October 31, 2016. Pre-shipped parts will be charged to dealer's open parts account.
All orders placed for part number 19355534 during, the pre-shipment, will be cancelled. Additional parts, if required, are to be obtained from GMCCA once the pre-shipment has been completed. Part number 19355533 (Air Bag Asm, I/P Kit) is available for open ordering. Please refer to your “involved vehicles listing” before ordering parts. Note that parts are currently in limited supply and may have quantity limiters in effect. Dealers are encourage to not order for shelf stock.

I do not see the words "Stop using this number." anywhere. But you can bet your britches they will reject on a repair order dated after 11/01/2016.

I asked my rep about this yesterday. He said that he doesn't see why we cant use what we have here already for customers. I will hold him to that if any of our current RO's are rejected.

Oh how special!! Received both numbers 19355533 and 19355534. Boxes show signs of being opened and retaped.( Am sure they just threw in a harness). And a new part number label stuck over the old number. Fantastic!! And $300 cheaper. Only GM!

Please return service inventory of the GM Air Bag Module Part Numbers 84103467 and 84136542, all date codes. GM Part Number 84103466 has now been discontinued and will only be serviced as part of the new air bag kits. Part number 84103466 may also be returned as a MR Code 12 Special Return.
