Getting Hazmat certified

Getting Hazmat certified

Postby Bearster18 » Tue Jan 10, 2017 6:21 pm

Where do I go to get hazmat certified now that I'm a parts manager with my dealership? My rep isn't helpful at all and no one here has much of a clue. So any help would be appreciated.

Thanks,
Daniel

Do you have a local dealership organization for the nearest major city you fall under?

We are east of Rochester NY. We have the RADA (Rochester Automotive Dealer Association) that hosts the DOT HAZMAT training as well as our yearly safety training classes.

We also use hazmatU. I think it runs $295.00 for automobile dealers and is good for 3 years. That price covers multiple employees.
