This happened here once. Body shop order had a GMC truck wheel. The little " additional information " tab said something about only available in qty of 8. My counter guy didn't notice. My DSPM had me hold out a month to make sure I didn't sell any and then ok'd my PDC to take all 8 back together. (I had to order 1 wheel from my local accessory/ac delco supplier.)

If you need to use return reserve, submit for 8 and then only use 7 (or however many you have) tags, they will still give you credit and it will save you some of your reserve.
