Has anyone else had a problem with paperwork getting lost by the WPC?

They had the paperwork but they lost the part once. Took a while but they finally admitted to it and paid the claim.

My only grumble is UPS doesn't always show up to pick up our WPC returns.
Of course WPC probably complains about how I package the returns!

One time part of our WPC paperwork was "lost" all I have to do was reprint and fax it to them.
