recall parts

Is there a way to return new GM recall parts to GM without using return reserve? With Ford they have a special return for recall parts so you don't get stuck with them. Didn't know if GM had something similar or not.. Thanks

We used to have a program to do that, I am not sure if it is still in effect. There should be a way to do that along with returning the non RIM Managed parts that we have in stock that are not selling anymore. I have had a few discussions with my GM DMA to no avail about the non managed parts.

Try sending in a PC659 use MR code 12 and reference the bulletin # for the recall in the comments section.

They killed that program during the Bankruptcy. I tried that a couple of years ago, and the PDC manager told me that.

Many things were killed during the "Bankruptcy" including our profitability.
