Toyota guys - missing invoice??

Hey guys, now that Toyota is back up and running, I'm still missing an invoice from the 17th and so is our sister store. I'm sure it's due to the outage.

Just wanted to see if everyone else is missing an invoice.

I still can't believe how well they dealt with such a major malfunction. I was getting several updates a day from the PDC, they even answered the phone when I called, etc...

I couldn't imagine if GM went through something as bad as that, how long it would have taken them to get caught up.

I'm missing our SDS invoice from 2/20. NY Region

We had a will call invoice added into one of our daily invoices instead of separate. Might want to double check that they didn't do that with your SDS order

I'm missing the invoice from order placed on the 17th, parts received on 18th. Too soon for Monday's invoicing, never see invoices on Tuesdays so it would have normally been Wednesday the 22nd it should have showed up but still hasn't.
