Yes.
Got billed for the freight for all my orders but did not get billed for the Beaches (replaced by US Destinations) calendars.

Ours look correct, now wish my GM would let me pitch the 300 left-over calendars.

Mine hit the dumpster as soon as I saw that I wasn't billed.
