WPC paperwork printing problem

We recently replaced our computers with Snap on ones and since then when the WPC calls for a part back we can see the paperwork but when we print it just the background prints, no text. I can save it and email to another computer and they can print it. Even the saved file just prints the background on my computer. Has anyone run into this?

I think it has to do with your printer properties in Windows. Are you printing to the same printer from the "other computer"? You may want to compare the settings between the two computers under "print options".

You were right. Under printer advanced button it list language as " language level 3" the only option is level 2. I changed that and it prints. Thanks for the help.
