DealerTrack deleting part numbers

I have a problem. We send data to a vendor to replenish our tire inventory. We cannot have the SKU and part number housed in the same source code within the data. How do you delete out the SKU number out of a particular source so we are only sending the part number data?

Maybe set-up a separate parts source under manufacture OT? Then you can write interchange PNC's to be able to use both numbers?
