Blocked key code

Has anyone else had any problems getting codes to come up on global lately? Have had 2 customers come in to have me order pre-cut milled keys for their 2015 model
Silverados, and both come up as ****Key Codes may be Blocked due to Un-Delivered Status of the Vehicle or Blocked by GM. These were both auction vehicles and both had been previously titled.

did you VISS them to see that they were actually delivered as new?

I run into this a lot with vehicles that were previously in a rental fleet. Call the Key Code Helpdesk and they will generally get it unlocked during that phone call.

Well, got resolved. Called Global Connect help desk like suggested and they got un-blocked for me while on the phone.
