Work in Progress

Postby jacobk » Mon Apr 24, 2017 5:29 pm

I am a fairly new parts manager and we are using CDK. I am trying to figure out my "work in progress". If there is anyone out there that can help me out, I'd appreciate it very much. Thanks in advanced.

PHR is Physical inventory report. It doesn't give me the option of PH6.

If you click on Run after going into PHR, you should see a list of reports. Unless we're uniquely set up, and I guess that's entirely possible, you should see PH6 in there as one of them.

PH6 is fine if all you are looking for is a total of all parts on R.O.'s and C.T.'s. If you also require what GL accounts they go to in order to reconcile, you will need to pull that report from service, the -S account, then RWP, A for accounting detail.
