Go to gmlam[dot]com and click submit a claim, then follow the information under the advertising tab in the drop down box.
You will have to select subscription services/fees and attach a copy of the invoice.

I wish I could take it out of my advertising, but there isn't anything left after all the RMS/Epsilon mailings we send out in service. We spend a ton of money doing these mailings. I used to be able to buy pens, scratch pads ect. with the funds are depleted really quick with service.
