We get notified if the DMA changes, but ours never comes to Parts. Could not really rate them; have no benchmark.

I can't really rate mine, as he knows very little about parts; he has been a service rep for a long, long time.

Last good rep I had was a parts only rep, who is the rep for wholesale now. That's been 10~12 years ago.

Well I guess our DMA was rated by his boss / manager. Received notification that our DMA is no longer an employee of GM. Don't know what happened just gone. Of course it is possible he quit - perhaps more likely. I have never known a district manager to be fired, I suppose it happens but I have never heard of it in my nearly 40 years in this business.

Now we get to see what the the General feels we need in the way of a new DMA. I wonder if we will get a freshly minted "newbie" or will we get some who already thinks they know it all - and is of course here to help us.... :lol: :lol: :lol: :lol:
