How to figure out how many hr per RO shop produces

Hello we have Reynolds and I am trying to figure out how many labor hours per ro our shop produces. Thanks

3611 may show it, if you have access to it. I always checked our sales on ROs running it by advisor, the totals will be on the very last page.

I am not on Reynolds anymore but all DMS systems will have a report usually called the "service advisor report" and this will give you the
hours per RO data for the individual RO and how many hours per month total were generated in service. I do think it was the 3611 report in
Reynolds. You may have to ask the service manager for this report if you cannot access it. He should know right were to go because
in service they live and die by this number.
