Makes you really want to spend 60-80 thousand for a vehicle only to have the air not working. GM wants us to do everything we can to satisfy the customer and yet here we sit with an issue going on for over 4 months. Seriously how can this happen with the technology we have available. Maybe if we all e-mail Mary Barra with our concerns something might get done. Hmmmmmm anyone have her e-mail???? I know I am reaching for straws but what the heck it is worth a shot.

I received a phone call from the executive department, who responds to the e-mails Mary Barra gets. She pretty much told me they are aware of the situation but their hands are tied. I stated how everyone is having issues with this and it should not take 4 months or longer to have an issue like this resolved. She understood but again said they are unable to do anything at this point.

Complete waste of time. Unless it's something that "Enhances Shareholder Value", like the sale of Opel, nothing will happen.

Both parts #'s fit, and from inspecting them appear identical.
I checked some warranty ones removed from 2015's and they have a label with part# 23141869 on them.
This changes to the 84243590.
This is NOT the condenser "listed" for the vehicle.
Per the EPC the vehicles call for the 84211191.
You can't make this sh!t up.

It's about keeping the customer on the road in "their" vehicle, not a loaner

As far as I'm concerned, every single one of these that is blowing hot air should go to an arbitration hearing
with BUYBACK possibilities.

Yeah, but that's a future part that won't order. I just received an 84243590 that I SPAC'd Wednesday.

buy them on ebay and be done with it. Shame on GM for doing this. Email I got from a higher up rep said they are closing the plant in TX in late july- aug and wont be expecting a large stock till then. Until then they do continue to trickle in. But aftermarket does make them. And ebay does have many..... just saying :)
