Be careful guys check them out when they come in, I have gotten 2 in the past week that are cracked right through the side and bent.. One looks like they tried to fix it before it was boxed.. Sad part is I could understand if the boxes were damaged, these boxes were perfect.. Typical nonsense when a customer is waiting over a month for something and GM doesn't look bad but we do...

Make sure they aren't the "new" design before filing a damage claim. The new ones look like someone used a rip saw to cut the dead space on both sides, capping the side pipes with four plugs. Ours had a slight bend in it. It hasn't leaked yet

You guys that used the AM condensors what did you use for a part # on the warranty line?
I emailed my rep. and asked if we could use a AM part to get the customer back there truck and was told NO, so I guess they don't care if we try and keep the customer happy

I received this email from a customer I was speaking to about condenser on her escalade.

"Hello,
I was just informed that my cracked condenser in 2015 Escalade was on long backorder. If I purchase this item does it have a warranty AND if the dealership installed it would it keep my vehicle on warranty?

If you have an answer please let me know as I'm very interested.

Thanks!"

How would one go about this? If the item isn't what caused any future problems, it shouldn't effect any warranty except the one of the condenser, right?

If the vehicle is still under base warranty it will be covered until that warranty expires.
If it is an over the counter sale the part will be covered 12 months/unlimited miles.

PER GM:

"PART NUMBERS. 23141869 AND 84211191. CONDENSERS. DUE TO A NEW DESIGN STORY. DEALERS ARE TO LOOK FOR THE TAG WITH VENDOR INFORMATION. PART NUMBER. 23141869. WILL HAVE A TAG WITH MAHLE. PART NUMBER. 84211191. WILL HAVE A TAG WITH DELPHI."

So they are admitting they are the same, just different manufacturers?

So is there any reason we can't be using 84243590 in place of 84211191? I received several 84243590s yesterday and could get my customers handled.

Hellllooooo, This is Raul from Venezuala. I would be having so many of this condenser that I can sell you at dealer price (+25%).
If I speek to El Presidente I can cut the price of shipping to just $499.95 (US) Ground shipping will only take 4 weeks and you must
promise to forward the small enclosed packages to our business partner El Chapo care of your nearest detention facility. I can be reached at this sight only as a return address is not permitted here.
