I would like to think that after they fix an issue, much like what we had yesterday, that they would make sure that it really is FIXED so that it doesn't happen the next day.
I'd like to think a lot of things should happen. Then I wake up realizing I am talking about GM. I told the owner a few weeks ago if we treated our customers and did things like GM does to us, we would be out of business. Gotta Love That Great GM Feeling!!!!!
