Just saw this message from the General this morning via RIM:

And the engineering notes for 23141861 say:
"PART NO 23141861 CONDENSER ASSEMBLY WILL BE REPLACED BY CONDENSER PART NO. 84211191. PLEASE REFER TO PARTS WORKBENCH FOR LATEST PART ORDERING INFORMATION AND AVAILABILITY."

I truly believe these different GM departments never communicate with each other.

Tomorrow you will probably see a message saying 23141861 is no longer eligible for RIM

YIPPIE….. My condenser has been shipped. This customer has been waiting since 5/24. I had to cancel my first order and reorder 84243590 on 7/31. I had a SPAC case and it is a service lane part and the answerback says to SHIP FOR NEXT DAY DELIVERY. Naturally GM sends it crossdock! I called SPAC and ask why it shipped this way. I was told it was oversize and because of how fragile the AC condenser is they will only ship Dedicated Ya shipping it crossdock is much better. BULL#$#............ It was shipped 8/3 and eta to us is 8/10.
God I love my job…………….

We just received 4 - 84243590s to fill orders for 84211191. I just checked the engineering notes for 84211191 and now see this:

"PART NO 84211191. CONDENSER. NO LONGER FITS MODEL YEAR 2014 TO 2016. 100 SERIES PICK UP TRUCKS. FOR THOSE MODELS USE CONDENSER 84243590."

84211191 appears to still be a good number on GlobalConnect but the GM pick labels show both numbers like it's a supersession.

"PART NO 84211191. CONDENSER. NO LONGER FITS MODEL YEAR 2014 TO 2016. 100 SERIES PICK UP TRUCKS. FOR THOSE MODELS USE CONDENSER 84243590."

84211191 appears to still be a good number on GlobalConnect but the GM pick labels show both numbers like it's a supersession.
