Had 2 show up this AM. One ordered 1 week ago, one from 5-24-17 I have 3 others ordered between 5/25/17 and 6/15/17 ? I go to the screen where GM says to track at ( what a joke) shows none of the VINs that I have on order. I cannot reorder due to VIN restricted but, am I going to get these? In the 30+ years of my parts career I have never seen such a clu$ter F^%k.

So to make the story better. I had 2 warranty condensers pay short in late July. I am paying $182.88 for condensers received today but Global Warranty is paying based on July 1st pricing of $149.95. Now today I received a call from an extended warranty company that will only pay me current GM list $249.92 or ship their own GM condenser. Someone is selling short apparently, because I lost the sale.

Unless you like taking it in the shorts, you need to cancel any orders placed before July 1 and reorder.

Try doing a Z5000 buy out using GM invoices, might work.

Agreed, I already made invoice copies for current inventory. SM is reluctant to do an add credit for the two short pays, so I'm stuck with those.

I was waiting to see if the backorders were going to ease. An overpriced condenser is better than no condenser. I started cancelling all orders before 7/1 last week but had 3 more ship while waiting for the escalation team to get around to my request.

I've always said the best way to get a backordered ship direct is to try and cancel the order!!!

Don't cancel orders, just manually change your cost on both 84211191 and 84243590 to 182.88. If a warranty claim pays short, you have GM's invoice to argue your case.

I just noticed I was billed $177.55 for 84243590

Do you honestly think you will win that argument?
