12530282 & 12530283 engine core charge

I just realized the 12530282 and 12530283 engines no longer have a core charge.
Did I miss the memo on this?
I usually am good about keeping up with such things.

Effective July 1. I still have the e-mail that was sent 6-28 and it references GCUS-9-4293...but of course you can't find anything on it now.

Parts Price Change Effective July 1, 2017
Chevrolet, Buick, GMC, and Cadillac Parts Managers
GM Customer Care & Aftersales will be changing prices as indicated below:
● GM Customer Care and Aftersales will be implementing a price change effective July 1, 2017. The preliminary sales-weighted impact of the price change is an impact of 0.0%. Price changes are reflected on the July 1st Pricing Media provided to your Data Service Provider.
● GM Customer Care and Aftersales implemented price changes on 4 parts effective June 21, 2017, as shown in the attachment. These changes are not reflected on the July 1st Pricing Media provided to your Data Service Provider.
● GM Customer Care and Aftersales will be implementing 5 core charge revisions effective July 1st as shown in the attachment. These core charges are reflected on the July 1st Pricing Media provided to your Data Service Provider.
● The core charge on part numbers 12530282 and 12530283 will be removed effective July 1, 2017. This core charge removal is reflected in the July 1st Pricing Media provided to your Data Service Provider. As detailed in the GM Dealer Parts and Accessories Policies and Procedures, "Dealers will be price protected on core devaluations for the 90 days preceding the core price change effective date. A one-time automatic adjustment will be made to the Dealer open account within 60 days after the core change date. No action is required by the Dealer."
● For complete GM Dealer part information, please refer to GM GlobalConnect/Parts Workbench, Parts Information and Availability, search Parts Information.
● Each month Special Tire Pricing will be highlighted in a separate bulletin. To help Dealers compete in the marketplace and to reflect the latest Tire Manufacturer pricing, this bulletin will identify specific tires with lower prices for this month. These prices will not be reflected in the Pricing Media supplied to your Data Service Provider.
