ADW PEDDLING DETAIL SUPPLIES

ADW PEDDLING DETAIL SUPPLIES

Postby 2longinparts » Wed Oct 18, 2017 6:14 pm

Our ADW rep is wanting me to put in a supply fo Adams Polishes. Hands me a flyer with GM part numbers. Bottom right corner of flyer states Non GM warranty. Call my ADM and the answer is? Yes, this product falls into our IBP (Integrated Business Partners). It has a GM part number and the zone team and dealer gets accessory credit.
So let me get this straight. Our ADW can bring in some bogus product and stick in the Accessory catalog and our Accessory Web page and it not count against loyalty. But if we as dealers pick a product the we know is good and have tested (ie BG) it still counts against us. Got to love that GM feeling. Wonder if KemKrest knows about this?

Doesn't GM treat their vendors as shitty as they do the dealers?

It's not just ADW, these products are shown (with GM part numbers) on the official General Motors Accessory web sites. Looks like someone got a real sweetheart deal.
