Rim help

Rim help

Postby LOWAIRD1964 » Fri Oct 27, 2017 12:44 pm

Hello, so I have a big problem with a rim order. I sent a transmission through by mistake. I sold 3 of them this year but we just don't have the room to hold a trans.
Does anyone have any tricks/ideas to getting RIM to take this back with out hurting me or using return reserve?

I would call your local facing PDC contact/liason and explain what happened asap and they can probably cancel the order for you.
I have done this before on items we have mis ordered and it works for me without using return reserve.

Do what Fixed says then go to Stocking Policy Proposal Detail and move it to permanently exclude.

Yep, do both of the above and hope that you don't sell another and have to take a ding on your RIM Purchase Loyalty.

If you do sell it again, make sure you unexclude it and wait until the next day before ordering it. just tell service it's backordered to buy the extra day :)
