Now I get to spend an hour on the phone with Peggy trying to get some resolution.
EDIT: After convincing Peggy that there was no way she was going to be able to help me, she transferred me to a gentleman at the source. I explained the situation to him and he agreed that the code should be in a V-format...but, he also went on to say that if I would authorize it he would cut a key in the Z-format. So I did, he is, and hopefully I can close the book on this ugly chapter of "The Trials and Tribulations of a Parts Manager".
