Monthly return surcharge

Does anyone know why I would have been hit with a 9% surcharge on a returned fascia. This was just a normal return, not a cso. Also noticed where I was hit with a 1% surcharge on other items, door skin etc.

Get this I called tracs, went to invoicing asst. HA HA what a joke that was. Someone from overseas or wherever they answer from tells me she doesn't have that information? Now why would invoicing assistance center actually be able to give us asst?!?!?!? lol what a joke. So she goes onto tell me that I will have to contact my DMA for that information. So I contact my DMA, who has no clue who in turn emails my pdc? I cant imagine they would have the answer.

Is there a bulletin out there that I missed or something??

If you didn't reference the original invoice it was purchased on in some hidden field they have in there, they will ding you for the largest discount you could have received when you ordered it. So 9% must be a truckload discount for the big wholesale dealers or something like that.

I fought GM big time over this crap several years ago. Their system should already know you don't get a 9% discount on shit. Just another way for them to stick it up your ass. Sad to see it still happening as I've been away from GM for over 2 years now

I have fought that fight before as well. What a pain in the a$$. I've also had to fight on a returned SRTA...even worse surcharge.
