I still haven't heard anything official on this. Is it only in Canadia or something?

Me either.

Maybe they're going to try and pull a fast one with it.

So the other day I go out to drop off some information to my service manager that she'll ignore and then ask me about it next week, and her and our rep are standing at the service desk doing what they normally do ( nothing ) and she says I'm going to need to order more parts because her CSI is low. The rep gives me the normal " She doesn't know what she's talking about " look and says that they're doing way with ' Same Day " and coming out with a new program " PACE " or PASE ( whatever ) and that he'll be going over it with me soon. I can't wait...........

Does this mean SLP is getting replaced? No more worrying about loyalty #'s?

Parts and Service Excellence Incentive - Launching April 201 <---they left the 8 off :)

Chevrolet, Buick, GMC and Cadillac Dealer Principals, General Managers, Parts Managers and Service Managers:

To enhance your efforts to deliver exceptional customer experiences, to retain customers, grow your parts sales and generate repeat vehicle sales, next April we will be consolidating our Aftersales incentive programs into a new incentive program, Parts and Service Excellence (PASE). Beginning in April, PASE will replace the current Same Day Repair, Volume Dealer Incentive, and DRO discount programs.

An introductory WebEx session will be held at 1 p.m. EST on Tuesday, December 5th to provide you an overview of this new incentive program and review what you can expect between now and incentive launch on April 1st. There will also be a Q&A session.

If you are unable to participate in the live event, the session will be recorded and will be available for later viewing on the GM PrimeTime portal.

I can't find anything under that reference number. Is that correct or am I looking in the wrong place?

If my DMA is correct by listening to him today what little parts had left is going to be completely gone in April 2018. The final damage will be done.
He has told me no more DRO discounts, no more return reserve, no more same day repair initiative money.
Basically parts depts will leave the basement and go right down into the cellar which will officially be the lowest level and we can't get any lower!

They can't have it both ways. If they are getting rid of the Same Day Credit I'll be purchasing from my WD again :)
