I have been working with support all morning trying to get this video fixed. They believe it is an issue only applicable to me / us.

Can any of you watch the video? Or are we all in the dark?

I am also unable to view the video, evidently we are all "in the dark". At this point I don't give a crap. I'm sure GM will be flooding us with info about this for the next four months. From what I gathered yesterday, listening to the audio of the web-cast, the parts dept. is getting screwed again. PACE is going to rely heavily on the service dept. and we will be unable to earn the monies that we do currently. This is just another step backwards for the profitability of today's GM parts department.

You should be able to view the video now.

GM put the video in the wrong "bucket" - dealerships were not allowed to access the video. Once this was fixed we could see the video.
