I am sure some of you use them. What are you thoughts? We have been using a mom and pop's type program for coolant, trans, injection services, etc but need something more progressive that involves menus and reports (and on site training). Before I make a decision to break from a long term relationship with my current provider, I wanted to know what you all thought of Granitize.

Snake Oil?

Rather than install some program to flush the customer's wallet, why not just go with a back-to-basics maintenance program and forgo the useless flushes?
