Although I am naturally biased, I believe every dealership should have an outside source do their annual physical. Nothing wrong with doing your own, but the benefit of having it done by someone else is great. As a parts manager during the week, I personally do many inventories a year on weekends for all makes and that being said, I have an outside company come and do my own inventory.

The company that does ours in the NE is great. Just had it done Saturday.

I would much rather have someone come in and take care of it.
