Best thing to do is ask your DMA, oh wait your better off here.
Go to the Global Connect Parts Main Page. On the left side of the page you will see Manage Exceptions/Returns/Claims, under that section you will see Material Return and under that there will be a hyper link to click on to get your balance. You can also upload your material return there. You may also have a way through your DMS to submit it. Hope this helps.
