got it. thanks. I was just told that if one piece of the puzzle isn't there, NO MONEY would be given- CSI, RIM compliance, BDC compliance, MPVI sheets, etc. If ONE isn't there its a no-go (whats left of it anyways)

Does anyone mind (without the sarcasm) just giving the main requirements in summary?

Thanks. I am worried as the rest of you all

There are no documents, no bulletins. I asked our rep for a copy of the plan in writing in order to explain it to my DP and GM but never got a response.

They'll come around with the big sell, then when the money falls short they'll blame the dealership for not 'complying' oops the new PC word is 'conforming'

We took over $120k from them in 687 last year, and we don't have a body shop or outside collision wholesale. I think it pisses them off that small dealers can still be successful so they're gonna put an end to that real quick. The gravy train is coming to a dead end, and the gravy will be ladled on the biscuits of the megadealers so they can run us off.

Again, I suggest you re-negotiate your pay plans...

I can't wait to see this shit show explode. I've been in GM for 2 years and I already despise it.

If you don't meet the 85% RIM compliance, 90% purchase loyalty or 85% sales loyalty #'s. you are not eligible for this program at all.

I’m coming up on 11 years with GM dealerships. I’ve got enough of a shitshow at work now to contend with, never mind all these new ideas GM keeps coming up with.

I really need to get the hell outta here....

So in fact this program will eliminate monthly return reserves? I finally got my rep to send me a working webinar and plan on watching it this afternoon with my general manager ect.

We just had a Chevy dealers meeting here in Indy concerning PASE. I will do my best to give you highlights cann555. From what I understand return reserve is not
going away. The loyalty grid as we know it is gone. You will still need to be at least 85% RIM compliant, 90% purchase loyal and 85% sales loyal just to be able to play the game. The game consists of two categories. Conformance and Performance. Under conformance you can earn 40% of your purchasing. Under performance 70%. You must hit all items under conformance to get the 40%. Those items are. Warranty Management use of Policy tool. Data management Customer pay Common labor Ops. Retail process enrolled in National Retail Plan and Service Lane Tool Enrollment. BDC Conformance has training. SSO Manifest and Certified Internet Dealer. That Service Lane Tool Enrollment is a killer.
Under Performance you have your Parts Purchase Growth YOY Rolling Percentage. Next is Service Department Effectiveness. Must have CSI Q16/18 MPVI at 75% with MPVI and menu penetration at 50% on both. 1st service visit for new car buyers ay 82%. Retention at 78%.
Confusing enough for you?

The PASE program guidelines are out. 18 pages, the last 2 are FAQ's but there is no question that addresses "why".
