reynolds not showing old numbers

So we add a new number to our system and Reynolds no longer says we have the old number in stock?!?!? They always have shown old numbers

Question. Did you do the change in "part supersession"?
If so, make sure you use "RBH" instead of "RB".

Maybe im wrong here.....
Go to the catalog and look up something. Say part number is 1234 and I add it to R&R by the master it should show me I have old stock but its not. Found this more than once lately that even RIM has me stocking old and new number and Reynolds hasn't tied them together.
Something Im doing? Ive been doing this 12 years and this hasn't been an issue
