Template for material returns

Trying to upload a return for an mr01 return and I am using that template but I can’t seem to upload it. Am I doing something wrong or is it a bug like gm told me. I have all the part numbers, quantities, and location

Trying to avoid having to input each and every line. The previous manager had me in a bind and never did a CSO return and only did Rim returns.

What browser are you using?

I can upload the template for a return using Internet Exploder but not Chrome.
