Don't feel bad, I have been waiting for a part in my body shop now since October, got an answer back yesterday says it won't hit me till week of 4/16, yet my DM calls me daily to find out if I am going to hit "MY" objective. I thought "MY" objective was to make MY boss money and satisfy MY customers. I didn't know I worked for GM and "MY" objectives were going to give me that added bonus all the DM's get at the end of the month..

Ordered an oil pan gasket 12612350 CSO on 2/26. It's a SLP part so should be shipped overnight. Order referred to Pontiac and is still sitting there as written. No stock in Pontiac but stock in Reno and Hudson WI. Should have shipped overnight and should have had it yesterday but no telling when I will get it.

ironically, Yesterday I had the same part coming out of the same PDC overnight and it's not shipped yet either. What a shit show

To add insult to injury my RIM order didn't go into my system Monday so I had to manually receipt my RIM order then I deleted it because it showed up later that day now I'm getting the referrals double and there was about 10 of them because everything is back ordered now. Unreal!

A little off topic but, if you read the propaganda about how your DMA is now going to help grow your business( )
I have a better idea ship us our damn parts so the arrive when they are suppose to and WE can grow our business.
