GM core credits

GM core credits

Any check their credits and match against the return?
I always match up my stuff and on 2 claims now they have kicked some parts back.
One being an alternator and says "non rotating"
The other being a caliper and it says " non rebuildable "
Isn't this the reason we replace these things??????? If that's the case GM should be paying as these were done under warranty!!!!!!!!

are you putting those red warranty stickers on the warranty cores ?? that is supposed to make the difference...

I had problems with the 4.265 valve body cores not matching the part number on the box about a year ago. and also a problem with the 23406152 cat being considered a different part number on every core return, but with these cats I get the core credit for a diff number.

Also, core returns seem to be handled and processed on multiple days, rec'ing core credits on GM invoices on different days, sometimes as many as five days apart ??

~ gt wonders how the whole core process is monitored and managed... ??

Got a credit last week for $25.00 for a $75.00 Cylinder Head because Camshaft Caps "were missing".
Return Center probably got a "Corporate Memo" to try and screw dealers out of more money.
