I remember UPS was reissued that day. I agree that it was not the "communication dept" fault. There are so many shipping companies out there you might want to ask and definitely would help you.

LMAO.....You mean after I tossed my labels, all but one that is "so I could have the address" per the instructions.... How ridiculous!!!!! Kicking myself in the arse, bc I should have known better....

Haven't used the pre printed ones in years always print the label off of global when they request a part
