Essential Service Elements (ESE) Credit

Where is your dealership posting the ESE credit to?

It looks like the ESE (unlike PASE) is a totally service department generated credit / program. However, service doesn't seem to have an easily defined account to post such a credit.

Suggestions?

This is good news for Parts. Maybe they won't ask for anything from PASE My accounting office told me they haven't mentioned anything yet and the credit is already in the office. Fingers crossed. I apologize for not knowing the answer to your questions as our accountant is on vacation at the moment...

ESE - pay out is quarterly = Service Dept.

PASE - pay out monthly (based on parts purchases) = 687 Parts Dept
