2017 Parts Manager Satisfaction Survey Recap

2017 Parts Manager Satisfaction Survey Recap

Once again its time to put a favorable spin on the parts manager survey. GM says they are above average in 10 of 18 areas. Looking at the chart provided I don't see that. The best I can see is GM is mediocre. Good in 3 areas and about average or below in 15 areas. Great job GM.

In terms of overall satisfaction with all aspects of manufacturer support for Parts Operations, GM received a 50% Top Box score, placing us ninth out of the twenty participating brands. Who was participating brands? Nash and Studebaker!!!

I'd love to have a look at the survey, and, if possible, the results
