The PACE payment goes to 687 but the credit for the Essential Service Elements goes to the service department

How do you calculate what the payout per month will be ,by looking at the PASE page on Globalconnect

i choose depending on the month either 687 or 688 to self scrap sop's cheaper than paying GM's 35%
