$100 accessory coupon

Anyone have any experience with the $100 off accessory coupon. We will be doing our first this afternoon. I couldn't find anything on Global. Thank you

If it is the one I am thinking of, the customer must provide the coupon and their GM credit card and the names and addresses must match. If they don't GM won't pay. After it leaves parts I am not sure what happens I do know one of the women in the office here takes care of it through a website I think... Sorry for being vague..

I'm not sure if this is what you are looking for but it can't hurt. This is in reference to the My GM Rewards Owner Loyalty program- there is a lot more info in Global Connect about it if you search "rewards".

How do I process Vouchers for Service or Accessories?

Launch the My GM Rewards Owner Loyalty application through Global Connect. Search the
Member by their email address or the number on the voucher. Then click “Use”, then click
“Next”. Complete the Repair Order number and the Dealer Code fields and verify they are
correct. Then click the “submit” button. You should see a confirmation screen as well as a
BARS approval code. Print the verification page and include a copy and the BARS Approval
Code in the Repair Order. Dealers need to process vouchers by the expiration date or
they will forfeit reimbursement from GM.

did one yesterday after confirmation , print screen shot and attach to ro , will get credit (I Hope ) on open account

It may be a $100.00 Coupon that should be redeemed through the 'Shop-Click-Drive' App.
You would have to go to that site and enter the VIN, accessories sold and enter 'code' on coupon.
You get the $100.00 credit through BARS Acct.

Charge the regular price on RO or Counter Slip, have the customer pay any amount over $100.00, including tax.
