Trying to generate a UPS shipping label on the Global warranty screen. After filling in all the blocks , I hit generate label and the Packing list comes up, but the UPS block will not show. I have done plenty of these in the past with no problem. Any tips out there? Just need to get that up to print the UPS label. Thanks in advance

Had a similar issue in the past, first make sure you don't have a pop-up blocker turned on and second our IT people upgraded our web browser and it was too new for GM and not compatible, go figure.
