When we submit for reimbursement, on R.O.s or Parts Invoices, does anyone know if points are earned on monies above the voucher amount? Example: Customer purchased front and rear floor liners, and a cargo mat totaling $312.64. She has $200 in voucher money. (All billed out on a repair order, just in case) Does the extra $112.64 earn reward points for the customer? I took the courses, read the job aids, and do not see where it is mentioned.

In every other rewards program I've ever seen (so I realize that means nothing in GM's fantasy, bizarro world), the whole amount would earn points even though she spent rewards on part of it.

I had an idea once to get bonus Best Buy points:

Buy a gift card for $100, earn my 2% in points, go around and through the line again and buy another gift card using the first one to pay for it. Earn another $2% in points. Rinse and repeat until they throw me out of the store :)
