If you go into IBE, you'll see a field for default BIN. Put whatever you want in there and all your new parts added to the system will default to that BIN instead of not having a BIN at all.

It won't change any of your existing no BIN parts to that BIN and it won't change parts that are already in your system. Those will have to be done with either a batch change or individually.

If that field is currently blank, that's why none of your new parts have a BIN

I use SOR, I've seen a lot of parts departments use TEST or SPORD though
