2009 Suburban Transfer Case Bearings

Hello! Working on a 2009 Suburban, last 8 of vin is 9R264857. Customer ordered the two actuator shaft bearings, GM part # 19133010. The bearings are half the size of what came out of this transfer case. Originals measure 75mm OD, 45mm ID, and 12mm wide. There is a number printed on the original bearings of GBC 91106. Called spac and was told there have been other complaints of the same issue, and to reorder the bearings. New bearings are also wrong.

We also ordered bearing # 19133006 input shaft bearing. The original bearing has a groove for a snap ring. New bearing does not. SPAC told me to order a bearing that is no longer available (# 12334632).

Has anyone ever run into this before?

Based on size I think your customer has remove the front output shaft bearings.
