Yes I did go to drop down menu and select August. And we did qualify.. I guess I will reach out to our Rep who is no more and see if she can give me the reason why it's not showing.
NOPE.... just drilled down and missed SALES LOYALTY BY a 10th of a percent SMH...... I CANNOT BELIEVE IT. Reached out to the REP about a week ago and she said that things hadn't been updated.... (?) We changed from CDK TO AUTOMATE on August 14th AND we could not communicate with GM thru Automate for about 5 days... I can't help but wonder if there were some days of sales not being reported. Something HAD to have been lost between the switch. We have never not met our objectives.
