I called dli to find out why we didn't get it on 09/13/18 they said they don't know. it was scanned it at mich. crossdock. called dli again on 09/14/18 still don't know where it is. we had to get from another dealer to get customer done. I called again on the 18th yesterday to see what the status on it was so I can do a shortage claim dli told me to go ahead and summit a claim...so I did!!! guess what....it showed up at my dealership today 9/19..my question is this...how the heck does this happen!!!! after multi phone calls nobody knows where my bumper is... its a big box how could dli not know it was on loading dock waiting to be put on my trailer for today????????? I just don't understand...I have been doing this since 1981 its the worst I have ever seen it..gm has problems all over the board..maybe gm needs new leadership starting at the top down

I've worked gm parts since the early 80's. It is very bad now to say the least, I have to call checking on freight location very often. The tools we have now are not working when shipments are coming from Michigan .
Way back then we didn't have the computers etc so we had to call the local pdc. Usually we got the same person even if we needed help in the paper catalog, no spac and no Partech.

DLI is horrible!! I had a transmission for a customer who needed it right away it was in my facing pdc. Next day it doesn't show up, call DLI and it was left on the dock, I will have it the following day. Next day it never showed up, call it in and they have no idea where it is. Get a call back, they found it, it was on the dock again. Guarantee I will have it the next day. Next day the trans is here!! I look at it the numbers don't match and it is a core from a dealer close by. I call DLI, where is my trans? "We don't know, re-order it". I order another and leave the core out to be picked up, guess what? 2 trans the next day. I call the warehouse mgr to get the second one returned, I am told oh it has to go through proper channels, I needed "special permission" to get it returned by my rep so I wouldn't take a reserve hit. DLI is gone from me next month, Black Horse is coming in. Last time I saw it this bad was when I was changed over from Bensalem to Boston. If the driver felt like showing up at my dealer he did, otherwise, he used the excuse that he was over in hours and turned around. You can't make this stuff up!

Short parts almost everyday in Florida. DHL forgets on the dock or is sent to another dealer. They lost my Rim order...…………...found it on the dock 4 days later.
