O/N from 076

Does anyone remember anything about PDC 76 having 24 hours to ship a priority overnight order. I put a cso3 order in yesterday for a frt driveshaft which is not oversized, 40 inch's long 30lb, in at 1PM Eastern TIme. IT didn't show up today so I called in to SPAC and they informed me that they had 24 hours to ship an overnight. I told him that's not really an overnight now is it and he just laughed. Now Ive got a pisssed off customer and still going to have an $80 Freight charge. I know Ship Directs are unreliable but don't recall this ever being an issue from an actual warehouse. Anyways, Does anyone know the process to file a claim on the freight charge at least?

No, I've never had an issue from a warehouse on a CSO-3. S/D suppliers yes...but not warehouses.

The claims process is in the P&P manual...page 35.

Had an issue a couple of weeks ago with 076. Ordered a harness that was a SLP part. 076 sent it out on the truck....3 or 4 days to get here. So I ordered it overnight. Was shipped overnight but took 2 days to get here. Box shipped in was like 6x6x7 and part cost 48.00 but overnight charges were 56.00.

JOIN THE CLUB. WE NEED TO KNOW WHICH DEALER SERVICES PLANT 76,75 OR 01 AND MAKE SURE THAT EVERY ONE THAT WORKS THERE GETS THE SAME TREATMENT THEY GIVE US . LIKE AN OIL CHANGE TAKE AN EXTRA DAY. I HAVE BEEN BITCHING ABOUT THOSE PLANTS SO MUCH MY HEAD IS ABOUT TO EXPLODE. I STOPPED FOR A WHILE THINKING THAT WOULD HELP. NOT.
