Always at the worst time of day too :(
Maybe GM is outsourcing their IT to other countries now too.
Pretty sad when I don't even have to type the entire subject line anymore since I've typed it so many times it auto fills it for me now :roll:

It happens too often to be anything but planned. GM is trying to give every parts manager a heart attack so RIM can take over every dealership in America.

Was in same boat. Was able to actually send two orders thru EPIC. Even created a SPAC Case thru EPIC. Can't even contact SPAC to place an order.

Working so far this morning. But no explanation or acknowledgment that system was down yesterday. Why communicate with the people depending on you?
